What this site collects
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or third-party trackers. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may apply strictly-necessary security measures when protecting the site.
The contact form
If you send a message through the contact form, we store: your name, organization (optional), email address, message, the page and language you used, the country your connection reported, your browser’s user-agent string, and a timestamp. For abuse prevention we briefly process a keyed technical identifier derived from your network address; your raw address is not stored, and the identifier is not stored with your message.
- Purpose: reading and responding to your inquiry, and preventing abuse of the form. Nothing else.
- Retention: messages are automatically deleted after at most 180 days.
- Sharing: we do not sell or share this data with third parties. It is stored with our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) solely to operate the form.
- Your rights: to request access to or deletion of a message you sent, contact us through the same form; we will act on verifiable requests.
Mail sent to our public addresses (e.g. contact@chaoscb.vn) is received by Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to our corporate inbox, where it is kept as ordinary business correspondence. These addresses receive and forward mail; this site makes no claim about outbound mail sent from the chaoscb.vn domain.
We aim to handle personal data in line with Viet Nam’s data-protection regulations.
